DESCRIPTION:Schedule\n11:30\n\nDescription\n“Porto por dentro e Por Fora
 ” (Porto Inside and Out) is a series of three concerts centred on two wo
 rks commissioned from contemporary composers Luís Carvalho and Anne Victo
 rino D'Almeida.\n\nThe Art'Ventus quintet will perform the two works commi
 ssioned from the composers in each of the three performances\, integrating
  them into a repertoire that varies from performance to performance and al
 ways relates to them from a perspective on the city. \n\nThe first of the 
 three performances will take place at the Guerra Junqueiro Museum\, as par
 t of the Porto Metropolitan Area's programme\, Sounds in Heritage Sites.\n
 \nMore info\nVery close to the Cathedral and the Archaeological Site\, the
  Guerra Junqueiro Museum\, currently undergoing renovation\, is an example
  of 19th-century civil architecture commissioned by Domingos Barbosa\, can
 on of the Cathedral of Porto.\n\n“(...) The Old Town Hall highlights con
 cern for the city's cultural heritage\, a museum space of the Porto Museum
  with a Luís Ferreira Alves Photography Award Exhibition.”\n\nThe Archa
 eological Site at Rua de D. Hugo\, 5 is a window into the city's memories.
  Three metres below ground\, you can see a succession of twenty archaeolog
 ical layers\, architectural ruins and artefacts that “whisper” a histo
 ry spanning more than 2\,500 years\, from the Iron Age to the present day.
