 \nAntónio José de Oliveira Júnior was born on 17 April 1864. At the age
  of 30\, with Pedro Palmares\, he opened Oliveira & Palmares\, the first s
 team-powered factory capable of making fur hats. As an industrialist\, he 
 joined several companies\, but it was with the creation of Empresa Industr
 ial de Chapelaria\, in November 1914\, that he began a new era in the city
 's industrial history. This exhibition pays tribute to the man and the gre
 at industrial visionary who became an important pillar of São João da Ma
