 ased on agriculture and cattle breeding. However\, living in this mountain
  meant facing harsh seasons\, poor soils\, intense work and isolation. The
 refore\, the inhabitants adapted their way of life to the landscape\, crea
 ting practices and cycles passed down through generations. Among these pra
 ctices\, rye cultivation was essential. Sown in poor soils\, it provided g
 rain for feeding and straw for livestock\, construction\, fertilization\,
