The Animation House is a cultural centre founded in 2001, especially dedicated to animation cinema. The principles that drive this institution are fundamentally related to the dissemination of animation cinema, through activities in the areas of training and film exhibition, exhibitions and itinerant programmes that circulate around the country. On the other hand, the Animation House invests in public education, seeking to give greater expression to a distinctive, so-called alternative, animated cinema among younger audiences.
