Based on the reactivation of a work begun in 2021, Sandra Baía invites the public to travel through a narrative made up of matter, texture and form. With an approach that is both industrial and sensitive, the visual artist affirms a plastic identity that is deeply linked to the silhouettes and textures of a principle of body, movement and action on matter. The works on show reveal a robust and visceral production, which moves between representation and abstraction, and explores sculpture as an expanded language and meeting space.
