Since 11th-century Persia, the famous "Rubaiyat", by the poet Omar Khayyam, has travelled almost a millennium to reach the eager hands of Fernando Pessoa, who translated it into Portuguese from Edward Fitzgerald's English translations, in a free game of recreation and transfiguration. It has now been transformed into songs by the voices of Ana Deus and Luca Argel.
