Bateu Matou
Bateu Matou is a supergroup formed by Ivo Costa (Sara Tavares), Quim Albergaria (Paus) and Riot (Buraka Som Sistema). As well as being an unlikely band that combines drums and computers, Bateu Matou are also a trio of producers who bring a percussive approach, fusing contemporary and roots lessons. In 2021 they released their debut album "Chegou" and since then the band has been racking up hits and appearances on the country's biggest stages. At the beginning of 2024, Rão Kyao took part in ‘cadax+perto’, a song built on ‘Bombaião’, a hit from the 80s.
