Anyone who has seen her on stage recognises her immense charisma. Celina da Piedade is a songwriter, accordionist and singer, and has brought her creativity to a wide variety of contexts, from traditional music to a more contemporary and universal style, drawing on the rich heritage of “Cante Alentejano” as well as the energy of folk and pop music. In 2021, she presents her fourth solo album to the public, “Ao vivo na Casinha”, recorded at the legendary Xutos & Pontapés studio, brimming with musical innovations as well as fresh takes on some of the most iconic tracks from her repertoire.
