In 1949, on the evening of his seventieth birthday, Albert Einstein prepares to go to a dinner party. He talks with the audience, revealing his life story and explaining his theories about the universe with humor and simplicity. Throughout the play, he tells us about the "Theory of Relativity" and his Jewish origins, his childhood and youth, his family relationships, and the Nazi occupation of Germany in the 1930s.
