The Littoral Station of Aguda (ELA) includes the Fisheries Museum, the Aquarium, alluding to the local water fauna and flora, mainly marine, and the Education and Research Department, dedicated to marine biology and ecology, aquaculture and artisanal fishing. The permanent exhibition at the Fisheries Museum highlights the traditional fishing gear used throughout the ages and handed down from generation to generation, the memories of the work and daily life of the people of the Aguda Beach.
