The Largo da Alumieira is a square in Loureiro, a parish in the municipality of Oliveira de Azeméis, with its first historical references dating back to the year 993 and which houses the Alumieira Chapel. Also noteworthy in this part of the parish of Loureiro are the monument to the Emigrant, signed by Henrique Moreira - 1966, a bronze bust of Councillor Dr Albino dos Reis, dating from 1968, the Loureiro Bandstand, and the Alumieira Cross, dating from the 18th century.
