Juan, a senior executive, receives a heart transplant and begins to feel things change in his life for no apparent reason. He begins to become sensitive to attitudes and situations that previously didn't bother him. And his heart, with its vibrant beat, reminds him that it's alive, that it's not his, that there's something inside him that doesn't belong to him.
