The Santa Cecília International Festival arose from the need to give visibility to young pianists who, having taken part in the Santa Cecília International Competition, have shown rare artistic qualities. In collaboration with the Porto Museum and Porto City Council, the Silva Monteiro Music Course is organising another edition of this series of recitals in a venue highly representative of the city of Porto.
