Vila Nova de Gaia
Silly
Silly navigates her influences, which range from hip-hop to Brazilian popular music, but what really inspires her are all the environments and experiences she has lived through, in a totally unconscious process, which leads her to relate and set her words to music. Contrary to expectations, it's not books and poems that inspire her, it's the simple act of observing and absorbing life as it happens. Although it's still a short journey, she has been gaining some attention from fans, critics and the media.

16:00 - Guided tour by artist Balbina Mendes of her exhibition "The Second Skin’" to be seen at the Corpus Christi Space until 13 Oct The Monastery of ‘S. Domingos das Donas de Vila Nova de Gaia’ or Corpus Christi Convent, of Dominican nuns, was founded in 1345. Due to the gradual deterioration of the convent's original church, a new temple was built in the second half of the 17th century. The Baroque façade was built in the 18th century, clearly showing Nasoni's influence.
