By bringing together studies and some of the works on Camões, portraits of writers and dialogues with Teixeira de Pascoaes, António Carneiro's contemporary, or with João Queiroz, an artist who was also Carneiro's contemporary and whose work is related to that of the painter, a critical and visual itinerary is traced that demonstrates the importance and relevance of António Carneiro.
