Fantasporto 2024 is screening around 100 films from 34 countries, all of them unreleased and premiering at national, European, international and even world premieres. Most of the directors and crews of the films in competition will be present, as well as representatives of production companies, sales agents and international and Portuguese media. As always, the programme includes 4 competitions: Fantastic Cinema, with 30 feature films, a section that includes another of short films, Directors' Week, Orient Express, dedicated to Asian films, and the Portuguese Film Prize competition.
