Since she revealed herself with her eponymous album in 2013, Gisela João has established herself as a unique voice, breaking with the conservatism of fado without betraying it. She did so with disarming authenticity and the courage of someone who sings as if it were the first — and last — time. In 2025, she presented "Inquieta", where she gives voice to songs of freedom with a personal, current and deeply emotional interpretation.
