Under the artistic direction of Sílvia Boga, the first production by the Ballet do Douro to take to the stage this new season is based on the work and the human and universal dimension of Luís de Camões, where travel, love, exile, loss and the desire to understand the world are transformed into movement, in a work that seeks to bring Camões’s words closer to contemporary audiences.
