Sobrado’s “Bugiada and Mouriscada”
An exhibition dedicated to Sobrado's Bugiada and Mouriscada, one of Portugal’s most iconic cultural and ethnographic events. The exhibition invites visitors to discover the history, symbols and traditions of this centuries-old festival, held annually on 24 June in the village of Sobrado, in the municipality of Valongo, in honour of St John.
