More than an exhibition, "Truth Hurts" is an artistic and social manifesto that gives voice and visibility to women who are victims of domestic and gender-based violence. Through a deeply evocative symbol, consisting of 28 pairs of women's shoes painted red, each accompanied by a real testimony, the installation invites the public to reflect on the pain, injustice and silence, but also on the courage, resilience and hope of these women.
