An initiative by the Trakošćan Castle. Focussing on relationships and marriages between nobles, taking as an example the Drašković family, linked from the beginning to the ownership and administration of Trakošćan Castle, this exhibition addresses not only the important role of this family in Croatian history, but also the position, role and influence of women in noble and aristocratic marriages, from courtship to the marriage contract, and from dowry to the administration of assets and property.
