The programme traces different moments in his career, from ‘Siren’ – an epic poem created for his group Little Big – to the hypnotic ‘The Ongoing Pulse of Isness’ and ‘Anthem for an Antihero’, originally recorded with Terri Lyne Carrington’s Social Science. The arrangements are by various composers. “Siren” was orchestrated by the Grammy-winning composer and arranger Remy Le Boeuf, whilst the rest of the repertoire was written by Franky Rousseau, with additional arrangements by Damiano Pascarelli.
