After three solo albums – Guitarra 66, Guitarra Macaca, and Popular Jaguar – Tó Trips takes the stage with Fake Latinos, a lineup featuring Alexandre Frazão on drums, António Quintino on double bass, and Helena Espvall on cello. “A handful of songs, life stories – some darker, some brighter, some more rhythmic, others more jazzy, always with one foot in Lisbon and the other beyond,” sums up the guitarist, for whom music has always been “a means of dissent.”
