In the 16th edition of É-Aqui-in-Ócio, we will discuss the broad topic of mental health, seeking to contribute to a wider reflection on the human mind, neurodiversity, mental illness, intellectual disability, and mental health, which seems to elude us in the face of the challenges of our world. A festival that seeks, through art, to raise awareness, destigmatise, and bring visibility to an unavoidable topic. The 16th É-Aqui-in-Ócio brings 13 days of performing arts, including theatre, dance, and music. With shows dedicated to families, but also proposals for young people and adults.
